On February 16, a scientific and practical meeting was held at Nukus Public Health Technical School No. 2 named after Abu Ali ibn Sino on the occasion of International Women’s Day in Science. The invaluable contribution of women to the development of science and the opportunities being created today was discussed. Then the participants made a presentation on the topic “Science and Women – the Foundation of the Future.” The report highlighted women’s aspirations for education, motivation, personal development, and professional growth.
During the event, active female students presented their scientific works, projects, and achievements. Their speeches greatly inspired other participants.
Also, a round table discussion was organized, during which the following issues were discussed:
Women’s scientific activity in modern society
Women’s educational opportunities
At the end of the event, a question-and-answer session was held, and participants expressed their opinions and suggestions.
